I only had a 24 cm tin recipe called for 28 cm so I cooked for longer than recommended 25 mins.. Would have been better to stick to 20 mins. Encouraging us to add that extra sugar lump to your dessert, more herbs to your chicken and roses to your serving plate, it's as beautiful as it is indulgently delicious.
