When pasta was asked for this was the choice that came up. Very traditional big, bold Italian flavours in a sauce that only takes 20 minutes. Very nice flavours but a bit dry. I only had a 24 cm tin recipe called for 28 cm so I cooked for longer than recommended 25 mins.. Would have been better to stick to 20 mins. Encouraging us to add that extra sugar lump to your dessert, more herbs to your chicken and roses to your serving plate, it's as beautiful as it is indulgently delicious.

Very nice flavours but a bit dry. Readers also enjoyed. Instead you get linoncello believable, instead of an artificially-feeling book wrapped up in its own nonsen. An enjoyable text with some lovely photos.
