I highly recommend this class to anyone I went to Mamma Agata's cooking school with a travel group. It was an immersive and amazing experience. Kira and her family make you feel like family. The food and wine were incredibly good.

Their beautiful home sits on a clifftop, feet above sea level with a spectacular view of the Amalfi coastline. The cookbook was hand signed by all in the family and there were two different pastas, pappardelle and spaghetti, a bottle of their newly launched olive oil and a beautiful handwritten note from Chiara.

I want cookbok visit California. Travellers need to ignore all wnglish negativity about Naples and just go, lots to do but the best thing was the people. The number one thing on my bucket list is to go to Italy with Mario Batali…I remember seeing him on Fine Living a long time ago and he would go all over Italy and visit all types of places and describe the culinary delights you would find there. What a wonderful post.

I highly recommend this class to anyone Although I haven't been blessed with the opportunity to travel to Italy in order to attend Mamma Agata's cooking school, I did do the next best thing by purchasing her cookbook! It has change the way I cook my sauce and opened my eyes to new ways of cooking some Italian classics and some I have never had before.
Pompeii ruins and Wine tasting. The lemon cake sounds like something I would like to make but it is probably best made with the superior Italian lemons. The Amalfi Coast is also a place high on my bucket list. I try to take a cooking class where ever I go and Italy has-been on my list since when we were to go and you know why we did not- now when I do go in a few years when my husband retires this is added to my travel cooking dreams-thanks Marie.
